    Weighing the beans so that each bag contained the same amount was difficult. We had to make some over 200g but we didn't make any less than 200g.

  • Selling our broad beans

    Today we sold our first crop of broad beans. We picked them, weighed them into 200g bags, priced them and then sold them to our parents. We made £11.

    We are off to New Covent Garden Market today.  The class are very excited as they have been hearing lots of good things from the children who went on the trip last year!!!
